 Jan Andersson - B.Sc.

Managing Director (Hong Kong office) and General Manager
Degree qualified Marine Engineer with Swedish Certificate of Competency for steam and motor vessel without
limitation. More than 26 years experience in Marine industry including 13 years seagoing service on VLCC,
ULCC and Passenger/Cruise vessel with both steam turbine and conventional diesel propulsion.
Youngest person to sail as Chief Engineer on both steam and motor vessel for renowned Swedish shipping
company. Long experienced in Technical Superintendence of cruise/passenger ships, Suezmax tanker, VLCC
and ULCC with over 35 dry dockings.

Vast experience (around 60 vessels from 25 different projects) in new construction project development,
plan approval, site supervision as Site Manager and project management as Project Manager in European and
Far Eastern shipyards for various types of vessels including Cruise/Passenger ships, VLCC, ULCC,
Suezmax/Aframax Tanker, Product Carrier, Chemical Tanker, Bulk Carrier and FSO etc. Expert in pre-purchase
inspection, condition assessment inspection, shipyard evaluation, passenger ship conversion and refurbishment
etc.

consultancy.
Experienced in full management of tankers and bulk carriers.

Vittorio Portunato - B.Sc. C.Eng. GMRINA AMIMarEST ABS
Degree qualified Naval Architect and Marine Engineer with 15 years experience in ship management and
consultancy.
Experienced in full management of tankers, bulk carriers, off-shore support vessels and harbour tugs.
Negotiation, contract and plan approval experience of various types of vessels.

Post graduate in Naval Architecture with 31 years experience in shipping/shipbuilding industry
encompassing shipyard design department, Surveyor to Classification Society, Technical Manager in shipping
company, superintendent in Ship Management Company and Quality Control Advisor to leading Japanese
Shipbuilding Company.

Extensive experience in project development, specification and contract negotiation, plan approval and
construction supervision for Bulk Carrier, Container Vessel, Crude Oil Tanker, Product Tanker,
Chemical Carrier, special purpose offshore vessel etc. Long experience as Site Manager for new building
projects in Japanese, Korean, Chinese & Taiwanese shipyards as well as major conversion/repair in Far
Eastern and Middle Eastern ship repair yards. Proficient in pre-purchase inspection, condition assessment
inspection, shipyard evaluation etc.

 Davor Radic - B.Sc.

Degree qualified electrical and marine engineer.
Thirty-four (34) years in the marine industry of which twenty-four(24) years were seagoing service, ending with
six(6) years service on VLCCs as chief engineer officer.

New building experience of FSL, VLCCs as chief engineer officer.
New building experience of FSL, VLCCs, Suezmax, Aframax, Panamax tankers and Product tankers as machinery, Electrical
and outfitting inspector all latterly as site manager.

 Christer Scharf

Senior inspector (Hull and Outfitting), 37 years in the marine industry, 14 of which with Germanischer Lloyd,
followed by 7 years as a Quality Control Manager and Project Leader.

Further more, 16 years as Technical Superintendent in new building of Floating Hotel, VLCC, Suezmax and other
type of tankers as well as repair dry-docking, purchase and condition surveys of bulk carriers and various types
of tanker.

 Bruce Daley - Paint Inspector

With over 30-years experience in the industry, the last 12 years of which as senior coating inspector, he is
qualified British Gas / T.W.I and member of N.A.C.E. with vast experience in the offshore sector, shipbuilding
and repair of F.P.S.O, VLCC, Product & Chemical Tankers, On/Offshore Rigs and Modules including Tank Farms
- Pipe Lines and Refineries.

 John Joseph - B.Sc.

Degree qualified Electrical and Marine Engineer, 23 years in the marine industry of which 19 years were seagoing
service ending with 12 years service on VLCCs and Suezmax as Chief Engineer Officer.
New building experience of VLCCs, Suezmax, Aframax, Panamax tankers and Capesize and geared bulk carriers
as Machinery, Electrical and Outfitting Inspector and latterly as Site Manager.

 Stefano Garbarino - B.Sc.

Degree qualified Naval Architect and Marine Engineer with 11 years experience in ship management and
consultancy. Plan approval experience of various types of vessels, including Passenger/Car ferries,
design and superintendence of major conversions, dry-docking and repair works.

 H. H. Kim - Naval Architect

Senior Inspector (Hull and Outfitting) with 34 years experience in shipbuilding including 4 years in Hull
Shop of leading Korean shipyard, 12 years as senior consultant with leading consultancy company in Korea.

Vast experience in hull and outfitting supervision of Bulk Carrier, Container Vessel, Aframax and Suezmax
size Crude Oil Tanker, VLCC etc. in major Korean shipyards. Experience as Site Manager of projects abroad
e.g. in China.

 Ragnar Nilsson ? B.Sc.

Degree Qualified Marine Eng. with 23 years sea going experiences, Steam and Motor from General Cargo / Reefer.
and Container vessels. As well as Tankers and LNG Carriers.
Experience as cargo engineer and deck officer on LNG Carriers. Experience in New Buildings for more than over
20 years.
New building experiences of VLCC, Suezmax, Panamax and Handymax tanker, Chemical / PC Carriers and LPG / Ethylene
tankers including plan approval.
Project Manager for first built Double Hull VLCC at Daewoo Shipyard, Korea 1994. Site Manager for a numbers of
new buildings in Far East.
